If you've been locked out of your Portal, Outlook, Teams etc or anything associated with your Hellomonday credentials, 99% of the time it is because your password has expired.
You can reset your own password to regain access by following these steps (and you can do this from any device that is connected to the internet):
- Go to passwordreset.microsoftonline.com in any internet browser
- Sign in with your Hellomonday email address
3. Click on Forgot my password
4. Type in the characters in the Capcha image to prove you're not a robot, then click Next.
5. Open your Microsoft Authenticator App and enter the code here
6. Choose a new password and confirm. Your new password must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a minimum of 10 characters long
- Must contain uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and a special character (eg ~!@#$% …)
- Cannot contain your name, username, or the word "Hudson"
- Commonly used passwords such as "P@ssword123" will be rejected
- If your new password is too similar to a password you have used before, it will be rejected
- These requirements can make it tough to choose a new password (and remember it!), so you may be better off choosing a passphrase about something that is meaningful to you, such as I~Love~My~Pets22
-
7. You will need to verify your identity to complete the process. Type in your email and password again
8. You will get a new authenticator code on the screen to add to your MS Authenticator App on your phone.
9. Click ok
You should now be able to sign in!
Don't forget to update your new password anywhere you have it saved (eg in apps you use for work, web browsers, and password managers)
