To access the full support library for Hellomonday and Jobaccelerator, you now need to Sign In to Zendesk.
As our content grows, some articles will remain public (e.g., how to log in or cancel a session), while others will require sign-in for user-specific access.
Please note: your Zendesk password is not linked to your Hellomonday account. You’ll set and manage this password separately in your Zendesk profile.
Step 1. Open the Hellomonday Zendesk page: https://help.hellomonday.co/hc/en-au
Step 2. Enter your hellomonday.co email address and set a password (this doesn’t need to be the same as your portal and outlook password)
Step 3. Save to favourites so you have quick access to all our FAQs and support resources.
