If an candidate emails you requesting to reschedule their session or cancel please remind them of the 24 hour cancellation policy.
NB. If the session they wish to cancel is within the 24 hour notice period, you will need to log the session as a ‘No Show’ and then ‘schedule’ the new session.
To reschedule a session that is outside the 24 hours notice:
1. Go to the Activities Page
2. Click on the 3 dots to the right of the session they wish to reschedule
3. Click ‘Reschedule’
4. Select the date and time to book the new session
Can I book sessions outside of the pre-set availability?
You can book a coaching session with a candidate that is outside of a ‘locked to client’ window or outside of your normal coaching availability.
1. From the candidate profile select ‘schedule session’
2. Select ‘Go to Advanced View’
3. In the calendar view click on the time you want to make a session
4. Select ‘Video’
5. Click ‘Book Session’
