If you've been locked out of your Portal, Outlook, Teams etc or anything associated with your Hudson credentials, 99% of the time it is because your password has expired.
Your Hudson credentials are managed by the Servidedesk, so you won't be able to use the Password Reset feature on the HelloMonday portal.
You can reset your own password to regain access by following these steps (and you can do this from any device that is connected to the internet):
- Go to passwordreset.microsoftonline.com in any internet browser
- Sign in with your Hudson email address, type in the characters in the Capcha image to prove you're not a robot, then click Next.
- Select the required option:
- Verify your identity:
- Choose your new password. Your new password must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a minimum of 10 characters long
- Must contain uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and a special character (eg ~!@#$% …)
- Cannot contain your name, username, or the word "Hudson"
- Commonly used passwords such as "P@ssword123" will be rejected
- If your new password is too similar to a password you have used before, it will be rejected
- These requirements can make it tough to choose a new password (and remember it!), so you may be better off choosing a passphrase about something that is meaningful to you, such as I~Love~My~Pets22
You should now be able to sign in!
Don't forget to update your new password anywhere you have it saved (eg in apps you use for work, web browsers, and password managers)
If this has not resolved your issue, please submit a request and provide your name and personal contact details so we can help out!
